Abruzzi TinTop Esports Series Season Report

The latest season of the Abruzzi Tin Top Series has now concluded, bringing to an end six rounds of intense multiclass racing featuring Porsche Cup cars and Touring Cars across some of the world's most challenging circuits.

• VIR – 9th

• Monza – 11th

• Bathurst – 7th

• Long Beach – 5th

• Interlagos – 6th

After a challenging but rewarding campaign, I finished 5th overall in the championship standings.

Season Highlights

The season showed steady progression throughout, with stronger results arriving in the latter half of the calendar. My standout qualifying performance came at Long Beach, where I secured P2 on the grid, my highest starting position of the season. Unfortunately, a potential podium finish slipped away due to two competitors successfully executing a no-stop strategy, but it was still one of the strongest performances of the year.

Highlight of the Season

Without question, the standout moment came at Bathurst. After a strong start, I fought my way into P2 by Turn 1 and maintained the position through the opening stages of the race. Running comfortably near the front until Lap 7, my race was unfortunately compromised when another car attempted an overtake and made contact, causing significant damage. Despite the setback, I was able to recover and bring the car home after a determined recovery drive, making it one of the most memorable races of the season.

Looking Back

Finishing 5th overall is a result I am proud of, particularly given the competitiveness of the field and the multiclass nature of the championship. The season provided valuable experience in racecraft, strategy, traffic management, and consistency, and there are plenty of positives to build on heading into the next championship. A big thank you to the organisers, competitors, and everyone involved in making the Abruzzi TinTop Series such an enjoyable and competitive season. I'm looking forward to carrying this momentum into the next challenge
