Founded by a passionate group of karting enthusiasts, Wrong Direction Racing has grown into a competitive and well-respected team in the UK rental karting scene. The team competes primarily at 3 Sisters Circuit, taking on both the Summer Sprint Championship and the Team Endurance Championship, with additional endurance appearances at circuits like Daytona Milton Keynes.
2024 was our most successful season yet, with standout performances across both individual and team competitions. In the highly competitive 3 Sisters Summer Sprint Championship, SC Racing (Simon Cork) secured the lightweight championship title after a season of consistent podiums and race wins, while LP Karting (Lewis Peacock) finished an impressive 2nd in the same class. In the heavyweight class, RP Karting (Richard Parker) also won the championship, after an extremely impressive run of turning up and winning each race.
In endurance racing, Wrong Direction Racing was in the title fight for the 3 Sisters Team Endurance Championship right to the final round, ultimately finishing 4th overall after a season of intense battles against some of the best teams in the series. The team also made a huge step forward and teamed up with TimesMayfair, entering our first-ever 24-hour endurance race at Daytona Milton Keynes, competing alongside some of the most experienced endurance racers in the UK.
Our drivers continue to push the limits, developing racecraft and strategy to compete at the highest level of rental karting. With sights set on defending our sprint titles in 2025 and chasing more endurance success, Wrong Direction Racing is only getting started.
