Sophia Harman

Sophia’s 2nd race at Herefordshire Raceway. Qualifying time - 34.446 (fastest Beginner) Pre B Final - P5 ➡️ P10. After a great start off the line, holding position for the first lap it was clear her kart had no straight line speed and she fell back to 9th, defending the position right until the last lap where 10th got past her on the straight. B Final - P9 ➡️ P8. Another good start off the grid, holding position. She was following P8 very closely, but he was defending very well! On the last lap she was slide by side to P8 over the finishing line, gaining an excellent overtake and final position of P8! This put Sophia in 2nd position in the Beginner category and achieving her first well deserved podium at Herefordshire Raceway!

Sophia’s first time racing at Herefordshire Raceway, her 3rd visit to the track, and her first wet race! She started the C final in P3 and finished P2 with the fastest lap of the C final.
