Sophia began karting just before her 12th birthday and quickly developed a passion and natural talent for karting. Her journey started at a girls karting academy day organised by Motorsport UK at TeamSport Bristol, following this Sophia has continued to develop her race craft and compete in indoor and outdoor arrive and drive races.

In her first full year of karting (2025) Sophia has already established herself among the leading female junior karters, competing in BIKC Local finals and achieving a place in BIKC Regional finals, Mr Karting Spring Sprint Championship where she came 3rd overall Female and achieving numerous podium finishes at TeamSport Bristol. Sophia was also invited and attended a Motorsport UK, Girls on Track UK event at Whilton Mill in 2025.

In 2026 Sophia is starting her first season in Club100 Junior LW Southern Championship, the highest level of arrive and drive championship kart racing in the UK and Europe. Alongside Club100, Sophia continues to race at TeamSport Bristol and Herefordshire Raceway.

What sets Sophia apart is a calm, resilient approach to racing and a clear commitment to learning — qualities that make her both a competitive driver and an engaging ambassador for partners. As a young female karter competing in a predominantly male sport, she is motivated to inspire other girls into karting and motorsport, representing diversity and progress within racing.

Sophia aims to compete in endurance racing later this year (once she turns 14) with a long term goal of competing in European Le Mans Series and 24hours Le Mans.
