SCR was founded in 2021 when father and son, Paul and Brandon, began racing in the BRSCC CityCar Cup. Our team name, Savage City Racing, was inspired by our first championship. The CityCar Cup introduced us into the world of motorsport and provided challenging racing throughout 2021 & 2022.
In our novice year, both driving a race car for the first time, we learnt the basics of race craft and kept consistent with mid table positions. We further fine-tuned our abilities in 2022, which lead to better race results and more of an understanding of how cars behave on track.
During 2023 we entered the BRSCC Audi TT Cup Racing series, and also the BRSCC Clubsport trophy. These new series expanded our race craft and proved our commitment to grow and develop
