I’m Marcus Woods, a 21-year-old British racing driver chasing a dream that doesn’t follow the traditional path.

Unlike most drivers, I didn’t come up through karting or junior series. My journey began at PalmerSport, where I set one of the fastest Formula 3000 lap times of the year, followed by a successful Ginetta test at Silverstone where I set times 4 seconds faster than current Championship leaders.

Now, I’m aiming to take that momentum into a full season in the 2026 Ginetta G56 GTA Championship - A major step toward a professional motorsport career.

Motorsport, however, is as financially demanding as it is competitive. To get on the grid, I need to raise approximately £120,000 to cover:
