Superone 'O' Plate 2026

🏁 2026 O Plate – Rowrah | March 2026

The 2026 O Plate at Rowrah was a really special weekend for me as it was my first ever outdoor karting competition and my first official race weekend with XKart.

After making the move from indoor karting, there was a lot for me to learn, but I was really excited to finally get out there and compete.

Friday practice was all about learning and improving. Working with the team on my driving, data and kart setup, I got quicker throughout the day and finished all three practice sessions inside the top 10.

Saturday started with qualifying, where I finished P15. That wasn't where we wanted to be, but I had a much stronger Heat 1, making my way through the field from P15 to P9 with some good battles and overtakes.

Sunday brought some really difficult wet conditions, which was another completely new experience for me. In Heat 2, I worked my way from P15 to P8. The Super Heat was tougher after contact dropped me back, but I kept fighting and recovered to P11 on track before being classified P12.

Starting the Final from P12, I had a great race with lots of battles and managed to work my way forward to finish P7.

Looking back, it was a brilliant way to start my outdoor racing journey. I learned so much over the three days, experienced racing in both dry and wet conditions and came away with much more confidence.

Most importantly, I absolutely loved it and couldn't wait to get back to Rowrah for Rounds 1 & 2 of the Super One Championship! 🧡🏁
