A third outing on novice plates and the toughest yet, as Round 4 at Whilton Mill Kart Club delivered a hard-earned learning experience.

Round 4 at Whilton Mill Kart Club was a big learning weekend for me. It was my third championship race on novice plates and my first time racing there, and probably the toughest entry list I have faced so far.
Even so, I kept building throughout the weekend and made steady progress each session. The highlight was the B final, where I had my best race of the weekend and moved up four places to finish P14.
A huge thank you to my race team, Coles Racing, for all the advice, support and set-up work across the weekend.
I am back on track at Shenington next weekend for the Superprix, and I am looking forward to carrying the momentum forward.
Thank you also to all of my race partners for backing my journey, without you none of this would be possible: Six Property Consulting, Hewer Facilities Management, Studio Fourteen, Howell Commercial, GW Consulting Engineers, Peak Safety Services and CaterCater Ltd.
