NKC Round 1: Dunkeswell Raceway (28/29 March 2026)

National Kart Cup Round 1 at Dunkeswell Raceway is done, and I’m really pleased with how the day went.

It was the first round of the series, and we made solid progress through practice, with the kart feeling better and my confidence growing session by session. Qualifying did not go quite to plan because of a transponder issue, which meant starting further back than expected in the heats.

Even so, I kept pushing through the races and made plenty of overtakes to recover well enough to reach the Main A Final. That was a strong result after the setback, and I’m genuinely proud of the progress we made.

A big thank you to everyone supporting me, and to the team for the work behind the scenes.

Next up is Rowrah for a two-day test with the team, and I’m looking forward to getting out on a new track and building on this momentum.
