Her Racing Journey (HRJ) was founded in October 2025 with a clear objective: to create a structured and professional platform dedicated to supporting and elevating women in motorsport.

What began as a focused social initiative has rapidly developed into an organised ambassador programme with defined leadership tiers, media output, and brand partnerships. HRJ operates with a Senior Leadership structure, including Lead, Vice Lead, Senior and Media Ambassador roles — ensuring clarity, accountability and progression within the programme.

In under six months, HRJ has:

• Built a growing and engaged community

• Established official digital and media partnerships

• Launched recurring content series including “Ask an Ambassador”

• Achieved over 50,000 monthly content views

• Expanded to a multi-tier ambassador structure

The platform’s ethos — Believe 2 Achieve — underpins everything HRJ does: professionalism, alignment, long-term development and positive representation within the sport.

HRJ continues to grow steadily, with ambitions to expand media initiatives, structured development opportunities, and strategic partnerships across the motorsport landscape.
