The British Kart Championships is Motorsport UK’s flagship karting programme, bringing together the country’s fastest young talents and seasoned karters across Rotax, IAME, KZ2 and Honda Cadet machinery. Run over multiple high-profile events at leading national circuits, it offers a professionally managed environment with live timing, strong technical scrutiny and a clear ladder into car racing. Many of Britain’s top drivers, including current Formula 1 stars, began their careers chasing British kart titles, making the series a proven proving ground for future champions while remaining accessible to dedicated privateer and team-run entrants alike.
