Hey there, my name is Ben Hughes and I am a 16 year old rental kart driver from Liverpool. Ever since 2023 I have been racing in the world of motorsport and overtime I have laughed, been happy, been upset, cried but not once have I ever quit, yes there has been times where it’s been a thought but In the span of 2 years I have went from not even knowing what a racing line was to being one of the fastest at my local indoor karting track and having the opportunity to compete in a plethora of events indoor and outdoor including a test day with club 100, driving the 70mph Rotax rental karts. Motorsport successfully gave me a purpose in life and allowed me to meet so many new friends and even a partner, however no matter how much all those things mean to me… I want more. Ever since I was a beginner I was never scared of speed and as I continued to drive faster and faster karts I never felt satisfied. For the 2026 season I am looking for aid towards owning my own kart potentially even putting it into competitive events. With as little as 2 pound a month, the money will be put away and saved for owning my own go kart. This is a fully optional choice and I do not want anyone feeling compelled to spend their money but if you do, i appreciate you highly and thank you!
