❄️TVKC Ice Breaker❄️

At the end of January, we headed south for my second race for the ice breaker at pf. It was a very tricky weekend with all conditions being thrown at us from every angle. Despite this, I had a fairly positive weekend, learning how to drive pf in wet conditions.

Qualifying -
I had a fairly good qualifying result considering the greasy conditions and my lack of knowledge of the track, putting me towards the end of the field for my heats

Heats-
My heats didn’t go as well as we hoped as I ended up being pushed onto the grass in the first corner which set me back. In my second heat, I managed to make it through the first corner cleanly. Despite this good start, I managed to spin out trying to overtake someone, clipping their bumper 🙄

Final -
Because of my heats, I ended up at the back of the B final. Not where we were hoping to be, but we still had pretty high expectations after my first race at warden 😂. I managed to not bin it in the first corner and stayed on pace for a while. However, 4 days worth of driving at pf took its toll and I started dropping off the pace a little bit.

Despite this, im still really happy with my results considering it was my second ever race in rotax and im looking forward to the next race, Warden Law Spring Cup!
