About this track
Thruxton Circuit is a high-speed motor racing venue laid out on the perimeter roads of the former RAF Thruxton airfield in Hampshire, famed for its fast, flowing nature and reputation as one of the quickest circuits in the UK. The long, sweeping corners and minimal heavy-braking zones reward commitment and precision, making it a favourite test of nerve for drivers across major national championships, including touring cars, superbikes and truck racing. Away from race weekends, Thruxton operates as a busy motorsport centre, offering driving experiences, skid pan and 4x4 courses, plus an on-site karting complex, and it also houses the headquarters of the British Automobile Racing Club.
