About this track
Mallory Park Circuit is a compact yet exhilarating permanent race track set around lakes in the Leicestershire countryside. Based on a fast one‑mile oval with sweeping Gerard’s Bend at one end and the tight Shaw’s hairpin at the other, it offers a distinctive stop‑start character that challenges both car and motorcycle racers. Today it is best known for club racing, track days and driving experience events, using the 1.35‑mile car circuit configuration that includes the John Cooper Esses, while its short lap length makes it especially popular for spectators who can see a large proportion of the action from most vantage points.
