About this track

Castle Combe Circuit is a classic British race track in rural Wiltshire, created from the perimeter roads of the former RAF Castle Combe airfield and opened for motorsport in 1950. The current 2.977‑kilometre layout, reprofiled in the late 1990s with two chicanes, is renowned for its fast, flowing character, minimal run-off and old‑school challenge that rewards commitment and precision. Today it is one of the UK’s busiest club racing and trackday venues, hosting thriving saloon, sports and Formula Ford championships, popular themed car shows and motorcycle meetings that draw competitors and enthusiasts from across the country.
