Race Report for Fulbeck Sprint Series

PRACTICE: Very good pace for my First Time in the Junior Max Class, 24/29 which was a good start to the day, until I got into a spin which bent my nosecone bar and had to get repaired.
QUALIFYING: I was unable to start Qualifying due to needing to replacing the bar which was swiftly resolved by Rookie Racing .
HEAT 1: I had strong pace in Heat 1 setting consistent low 47's and 48's, But unfortunately due to an Incident on track there was a red flag, where a kart was flipped and everyone was okay. Until the restart after lunch, I had consistent pace and was doing well until the checkered flag and an after race incident, where a driver sent me off into a bush.
HEAT 2: Heat 2 was strong and consistent, where I finished 21st with a high 47.
FINAL: Barely making it on due to a missing part, I started at the back of the grid (27th), Where I managed to make up two places putting me up to 24th with a high 48.
This weekend is not exactly how I liked it to go, I was on the wrong setup and there were multiple issues with the kart, but thanks to Rookie Racing and my Mechanic Ned, all issues were resolved swiftly and I'm very greatful.
Not the best weekend but the next time I'm out hopefully i'll be in a brand new TonyKart.
