Mackenzie Taylor — Racing Driver Profile

Hi, I’m Mackenzie Taylor, a British racing driver who competed in the 2025 Vertu MINI CHALLENGE with Excelr8 Motorsport — one of the UK’s most competitive and prestigious single-make championships, running alongside the British Touring Car Championship.

Taking part in such a high-level series was an incredible experience that tested my skill, precision, and mindset against some of the best drivers in the country. Unfortunately, my 2025 campaign came to an early halt after two rounds when my main sponsor was forced to withdraw unexpectedly just a week before the official media day.

Although that setback was difficult, it only strengthened my determination to keep moving forward. Competing at that level showed me what it takes to succeed in professional motorsport, and I’m more motivated than ever to get back on the grid and continue building momentum.

My Strengths

I’m known for my adaptability, focus, and commitment both on and off the track. I pride myself on staying professional under pressure, engaging with fans and partners, and representing every sponsor with genuine enthusiasm and integrity.

Outside the car, I’m passionate about mental health awareness and sharing a message of perseverance — because I know firsthand how unpredictable and demanding this sport can be.

Looking Ahead to 2026

My focus for 2026 is to return to a full race program, compete for podiums, and continue progressing toward the top tiers of motorsport. To make that possible, I’m seeking new partners and sponsors who share my vision and drive.
