Wombwell Round 1

Wombwell Round 1 brought mixed fortunes but plenty to build on. Saturday practice felt strong — I was getting into a rhythm, dialling the setup to the conditions and consistently improving my pace.

On race day I qualified P3 and made a fast start, moving up to P2 into turn one. While battling for the lead I had a spin and ended up in the grass, but fought back to take the chequered flag in P3. It was frustrating in the moment, but I’m proud of the progress and resilience shown across the weekend.
