2 day training in Dubai for FW Nations Cup

At the end of August, I flew out to Dubai to do some training in the Radical SR3 For the upcoming FW Nations Cup.
The first day I went to support Formula Woman Middle East bootcamp at the Dubai Kartdrome. There was a Radical out on show beside the podium.
Amazing track for the karts and I supported the girls as well as catching up with old friends.
Day 2 was the real deal… in the morning, I went and did sim training in the Theleios Dome ( equipment is next level and they supply sim rigs to F1 drivers!!) After a few practice laps, we did a race lay out, I was comfortable with the setup and the track.
By the end of the session I came in close 4th, but had the fastest lap overall ; wooo!!
In the evening , everything we learned that afternoon was about to be put into practice.
Dubai Autodrome, Radical SR3, evening time!
After we got our briefing , our coaches gave us a few laps to familiarise ourselves with the track in person, but then it was time to put the foot to the pedal!
I had an amazing time driving this track, and it was made better with the unforgettable scenery!
I improved massively throughout my session, and my coach stated that my racing line is great, I’m good with the gears and everything so far is great, just to pick up a bit more speed and I’m sorted!
It was an honour to be told this by someone who has years of racing experience and coaching.
All pictures are now uploaded to the Dubai folder in the gallery.
Let’s see what happens next…
