Jamie Chadwick Series RD1

A challenging first competitive round in a Dmax, with the heats randomised and plenty of learning along the way.

Heat 1 started from P6 and finished P5. In Heat 2, I made a strong move up from P11 to P8 before a small mistake dropped me back through the order, and I finished P14. The final was a much steadier run, starting and finishing P6.

Overall, it was not a bad opening round at all. There are definitely areas to build on, but there was also plenty to take away from the day and a good base to work from next time out.

Thank you to everyone supporting me and following the journey. First competitive outings always bring a few challenges, but this one gave me valuable experience and a lot to reflect on.
